COMMUNITY ACUPUNCTURE IN THE TIME OF COVID-19:
The low cost sliding scale has been at the core of BAP’s mission since opening our doors in 2008. We aim to separate the issue of money and treatment and stand for a deep change in the healthcare system.
The way community acupuncture has always worked is that people pay what they can afford and receive the same great care. We are a project rooted in community and honesty. Those who can pay more allow people who need to pay less to receive treatment. This is still the case. We offer the options below as a way of keeping costs down AND keeping our doors open. Our primary goal is making acupuncture affordable for you, paying our practitioners fairly, and staying open for the community during this challenging time.
SLIDING SCALE TIER PRICING:
Sustaining: Covers BAP’s basic costs and keeps our doors open. Please see rates below.
Generating: Allows for someone who can not afford the treatments to come in at a lower cost AND helps BAP grow. Please see rates below.
All payments must be completed before you come in for your appointment. All patients must have a credit card on file in order to book an appointment, but we will accept payments by cash or check once the card is placed on file. Please be advised that if you do not show up, are more than 10 minutes late, or do not cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will not be refunded for your appointment or receive a credit to your package.
